IMAN

EMS, FUNCTIONAL, PT, FITNESS

Iman is not just a coach—he is a mentor, motivator, and transformation specialist. With more than eight years of experience in fitness coaching and a 12-year career as a professional football player at national and Premier League levels, Iman understands discipline, commitment, and high-performance training on a personal level.

A graduate of Sadra University in Shiraz with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Iman has dedicated his entire life to sports and athlete development. His qualifications include a Level 3 Bodybuilding Coach License, proving his deep knowledge in strength training, and an EMS Coaching Certification, allowing him to guide clients through modern, science-based body conditioning.

Iman’s entrepreneurial journey reflects his passion for helping people transform their lives. He successfully founded the VIP Fitness Club in Shiraz, where he coached hundreds of clients over four years. Driven by results and innovation, he later launched two EMS and slimming studios (FitTech), spending six years developing personalized programs for fat loss, body shaping, and functional fitness.

What truly sets Iman apart is his ability to connect with clients, understand their goals, and push them toward sustainable progress. Whether working with beginners or advanced athletes, Iman creates a training environment filled with support, motivation, and professional guidance.
His mission is simple: to help every client become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of themselves.

Hamideh

PT, PILATES, FITNESS

Hamideh is a passionate fitness coach dedicated to helping clients transform their bodies and lifestyles through science-based training and mindful movement. Her qualifications include a Personal Trainer Certificate and a Pilates Reformer Certification from FiTOUR, along with a Physical Fitness Coaching credential from the Iranian Sports Federation—a combination that empowers her to deliver effective, safe, and personalized training programs.

Her journey began with the establishment of Safe Club in Bushehr in 2013, a space she created to support women seeking confidence, strength, and health. Over the years, she has trained clients in well-known gyms such as Shahid Mahini and Iran Sazan, where she gained valuable coaching experience.

Driven by continuous growth, she later joined Fat Free Club in Tehran, working as a Pilates Reformer instructor and helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness through precise and controlled movement.

Hamideh’s commitment to education sets her apart. She authored a book on Exercise & Nutrition Science, earning recognition from the Bushehr University of Medical Sciences—a testament to her dedication to spreading knowledge and promoting a healthier lifestyle.

Whether guiding beginners or experienced athletes, Hamideh focuses on connection, motivation, and long-term results. Her training philosophy blends science, empathy, and discipline to support clients on their wellness journey.

SHAKIBA

FITNESS, STRENGTH, PT

Shakiba is a coach who believes that every transformation begins with knowledge, guidance, and the right mindset. With a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a strong academic background in sports science, she blends scientific precision with motivational coaching to help clients reach their highest potential.

She is certified at the highest levels—holding a Level 3 Physical Fitness Coaching License, National PT Certification, and internationally recognized credentials from the IFBB, including the International Fitness Coach Certificate and the ProMaster Coaching Certification. Her diverse expertise allows her to train clients safely, efficiently, and with a holistic approach to long-term wellness.

Shakiba’s coaching career includes roles as a Personal Trainer at Camp 24, where she leads customized fitness programs designed to build strength, mobility, and confidence. Her experience as a Level 3 Skating Coach has enriched her understanding of balance, agility, and body mechanics, enabling her to create training routines that improve overall functional performance.

Her unique combination of athletic and academic experience sets her apart. Having spent 14 years competing as a professional inline skater and 8 years playing handball in Iran’s national league, she knows firsthand what it takes to push boundaries, overcome challenges, and stay committed to a goal. Clients appreciate her energy, her communication style, and her ability to inspire them through every step of their fitness journey.
