EMS Training
Time-Efficient Supervised Training
EMS Training uses electrical stimulation to contract multiple muscle groups while you perform guided movements. Sessions are time-efficient, but a 20-minute session should not be treated as universally equivalent to a fixed duration of conventional training. Results depend on the protocol, supervision, and participant. Review the published evidence.
Full-Body Activation & Joint-Friendly Training
WB-EMS can reduce external joint loading because resistance comes from electrical stimulation, but it is not suitable for everyone. Screening, gradual progression, and close supervision are important, particularly for new participants and people with health conditions. Read the international safety guidance.

At VI-FIT, our EMS Training program represents the future of fitness efficiency. Using adjustable EMS equipment and individualized intensity settings, each session is progressively adapted to the participant and closely supervised. Whether your aim is to lose fat, gain strength, return to training after appropriate professional clearance, or improve athletic performance, EMS can be considered as one supervised training option.
Research suggests that supervised WB-EMS may improve muscle strength and muscle mass in some adults, while effects on body fat are less certain. See the systematic review and meta-analysis. With close trainer supervision, the session can be adjusted around your current training level and goals.
With VI-FIT’s EMS Training, you don’t just work out — you upgrade your body’s potential.
Plan your supervised EMS session
EMS appointments are reserved in advance within one-hour booking slots, including preparation and supervised training. Package information is available on the VI-FIT gym pricing page.
Safety screening is required
Tell the trainer about medical conditions, implanted electronic devices, pregnancy, recent operations, medication, unusual muscle pain or previous reactions to intense exercise. New participants should begin progressively and follow recovery guidance. Ask VI-FIT about EMS screening and availability.
