At VI-FIT Club LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”), we take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which customers (“you”, “your”) may return products purchased from myvifit.com.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.


2. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
  • Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • The item must be in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories attached.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Only products with verified manufacturing defects are eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
  • Claims for defective or damaged products must be submitted via email to info@myvifit.com within 14 days of delivery, along with:
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage;
    • The order number and product details.
  • Once reviewed and approved by our Quality Control Department, we will provide confirmation of eligibility for return or exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Undergarments and innerwear
  • Socks
  • Headbands, wristbands, and personal-use accessories
  • Items sold under final sale or clearance categories

5. Return Shipping

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we have shipped the wrong item or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team after approval of the return request.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If you paid via a third-party payment gateway, please note that additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or provider.

7. Exchanges

  • If the same product or size is available, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
  • Exchanges are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Additional shipping costs may apply for exchanged items.

8. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@myvifit.com with your order details and photos.
  • We will investigate and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or ship the missing item at no extra cost.

9. Policy Limitations

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
  • This policy does not limit or exclude any legal rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman (Royal Decree No. 66/2014).
